Depending upon your role will be to appoint state Partner/ District Distributor/ Area Distributor and agents in all city, town and village areas falling in the allotted territory.
Provide Training & update on time to all appointer partners.
Provide Market update (Competition Analysis).
Motivate Distributor to generate numbers of agents & Sub Distributor & turn over.
Keep sufficient balance with you.
